PLEASE NOTE:

Iondrive Limited has entered into a binding agreement to divest its South Korean exploration business, including its subsidiary Korea Metal Resources Limited, as outlined in its ASX announcement dated 8 April 2026.

Completion of the transaction is expected to occur on or before 30 April 2026, following satisfaction of customary conditions precedent.

Iondrive holds a number of highly prospective Lithium, REE and precious metals projects (figure 1). It’s wholly-owned Korean subsidiary, Korea Metals Exploration is focussed on advancing it’s Lithium projects in conjunction with its’ Joint Venture Partner, Kobold Metals and is actively seeking to JV or divest it’s REE and precious metals projects.
