Andrew Sissian

Andrew Sissian is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance and technology. He currently serves as the CEO of Procon Telematics Pty Ltd, where he has been instrumental in leading the international fleet asset management platform since 2011. Andrew is also the co-founder and Non-Executive Director of Cobre Limited (ASX: CBE), a copper exploration and development company. His career includes significant tenure with NAB’s institutional bank, specialising in acquisition finance and institutional banking across Australia and China, as well as previous work with Wilsons Advisory. He continues to advise and invest in early-stage ventures. Andrew is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Master of Accounting.
