At Iondrive, we’re building a cleaner, more circular future by transforming how the world recovers and refines critical minerals.
Our proprietary Deep Eutectic Solvent (DES) extraction technology enables low-cost, environmentally friendly recovery of high-purity metals across three major global supply chains:
- Battery recycling: Extracting lithium, nickel, cobalt, and manganese from black mass;
- eWaste recovery: Unlocking gold, copper, palladium, and rare earths from electronic waste;
- MHP upgrading: Separating mixed hydroxide precipitate into individual metal salts.
Developed with the University of Adelaide and supported by strategic collaborations across research, government, and industry, our DES platform is selective, scalable, and built to operate in a closed-loop, low-emissions system.
We’re actively pursuing global commercialisation through pilot plant development, cross-sector partnerships, and key market entries in the US and EU — including collaborations with leading recyclers and international circular economy groups.
