Iondrive is building a cleaner, more circular future for critical minerals through IONSolv™, a selective, low-emissions extraction platform engineered to recover high-value metals from complex feedstocks.

Our modular, closed-loop chemistry unlocks low-cost recovery and upgrading of critical minerals across multiple supply chains, starting with:

  • E-waste & magnets: Recovering rare earth elements — including NdPr — along with gold, copper, and silver from electronic waste, printed circuit boards and end-of-life magnet materials. These streams represent some of the most under-recycled sources of strategic metals globally.
  • Battery recycling: High-recovery extraction of lithium, nickel, cobalt and manganese from black mass, with a pathway to battery-grade intermediates aligned with domestic supply-chain needs.
  • Solar: Extracting valuable materials such as silver and silicon from end-of-life solar modules, enabling recycling solutions for a fast-growing renewable energy footprint.
  • Mining intermediates & tailings: Upgrading mixed hydroxide precipitate (MHP), complex ores and legacy waste into strategic oxides with meaningful value uplift.

The IONSolv™ platform is built for modular deployment, rapid scale-up and industrial feasibility, supporting a transition from lab validation to commercial operations through pilot development and targeted entry into high-value recycling markets in the US and EU.
